can be scanned in colour, allowing you to capture and distribute an accurate
colour representation of your meeting notes. The scanned data from the
Panaboard UB-2815c can be saved in colour, industry-standard PDF or JPEG file
formats. A time stamp function allows you to insert the current date and time
in the upper right corner of your saved images, facilitating easier
organization and filing. The UB2815c is the perfect compliment to the hi-tech
office environment. The Panasonic Panaboard UB 2815c offers a built in printer
or you can save your images to file.

The new Panaboard takes notes instead of you.
This tried and tested technology has been proven to maintain audience attention
and increases participation. It’s comes with utility software that consists of
Document Manager and Document Viewer. The meeting contents on the Panaboard
screen will become meeting minutes with some annotation by Document Viewer
Function. The Document Manager makes it easy to file and distribute the meeting
minutes quite easily. Supported saving file format is BMP, TIFF, PNG and PDF.
By just one click, you can scan the image on the Panaboard Screen in full color
as image data to your computer and from your computer; you can control the
Panaboard function just like operating the Panaboard Control panel.
In a meeting if you need to print out some documents, the plug and play of USB
makes it easy to print out documents full color from the Panaboard.*
