The LP 2844 direct thermal desktop label printer expands Zebra's 28-Series product family, offering 4-inch (10 cm) print-width capability. This model provides a sturdy double-walled case design, and comes equipped with a new-generation of controller board, motor and power supply that drive the 2844 at a print speed of 4 inches (10 cm) per second! An improved print head provides 203dpi resolution with enhanced print quality, and the choice of direct thermal or thermal transfer printing technology ensures greater flexibility in supporting a broad variety of labeling applications. The supported barcodes are: Code 39, Extended Code 39, Code 93, Code 128 UCC, Code 128 Autoselect, Codabar, Interleaved 2 of 5, UPC-A, UPC-E, 2 and 5 digit add-on, UPC Shipping container code, EAN-8, EAN-13, 2 and 5 digit add-on, UCC/EAN-128, Postnet, German Postal Code, Maxi Code, PDF-417/Macro PDF, QR Code.
