A complete time and attendance system, the ATRx Biometric HP 1000 package includes a 50-employee edition of ATRx Biometric-Enabled software for HandPunch powered by Attendance Rx, one HP1000 hand reader, a communications cable for connecting the reader to your PC, a Quick Start sheet, and a power transformer for the hand reader. Eliminate costly "buddy punching" and provide indisputable records of employees' attendance with this economical and reliable time and attendance system.

The Acroprint HP-1000 Biometric Time & Attendance Terminal features a 50 employee capacity.
Employees simply enter their ID number and place their hand on the HandPunch unit to clock in.
Extremely reliable, no need to worry about buddy punching anymore, the employee must be present to clock in.
HandPunch technology uses field-proven hand-geometry biometrics to recognize the size and shape of the hand.
Hand-geometry is highly accurate, and is generally not affected by rings, small adhesive bandages or false fingernails.
Green and red lights notify the employee of the status of each punch.

Administrator can view an In/Out Board. It's easy to see who is in or out of the office.
Supervisor can edit and approve the electronic time cards at the PC. Eliminates more paperwork and speeds up the payroll process.
Automatically calculates hours worked, and timecard editing and reports are all run at the PC. Saves time preparing payroll.
Interfaces with Acroprint's HRx Human Resource package and third party payroll packages. Gives the small business owner all that is needed to manage and track the employees.
Two classes of overtime, 7th day overtime for Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly and Monthly Pay periods. No need to change the way you handle payroll Attendance Rx lets the business owner continue to select the way employee's time is tracked.
