Deluxe Desktop dictation system offers advanced features, including an enhanced “display window” that provides detailed information on cassette contents either during recording, or when scanning a cassette for transcription review. This large display (exclusive to the “Plus” system) allows you to select either a graphic representation of cassette contents, or a alpha/number indicator.

Like the other Dictaphone ExpressWriter Plus dictation machines, the Dictaphone DTP-3751 microcassette recorder is feature-rich with its easy to read LCD display, indexing features for quickly finding files and conference recording mode. It also simplifies your work flow with up to nine alert/warning tones which play to indicate signals including End-of-Letter, Priority or Instruction and no cassette is loaded. In addition this Dictaphone dictation machine comes with a hand held microphone and cradle that connects to the base unit making it a breeze to dictate in your office.
