RETURN POLICY
We are committed to
your satisfaction and our goal is to provide you with the best possible
service. We ask that you please take a moment to review our return policy.
Except as noted in "Exclusions" below, A1-4 Electronics, Inc, provides a 15
day replacement or credit period if a product has a factory defect.
Non-defective products may also be returned within 7 days for replacement if
returned unopened or in "like-new" condition in the original factory box
with all factory packaging material. Non-defective items returned for credit
are subject to a 35% restocking and refurbishment fee.
All products, unless otherwise noted, are backed by manufacturer's warranty
so you can feel confident that your purchase is protected in the unlikely
event that a problem develops after the 15 day return period.
Important Note: Shipping charges are
not refundable. Only actual merchandise cost is refundable and subject to
25% restocking fee as explained herein. Additionally, shipping costs related
to the return of merchandise are the responsibility of the customer
regardless of return reason.
Exclusions
The following merchandise is excluded from the above return policy.
These items are covered under a "Factory Repair or Replace Only" policy
directly from the manufacturer as explained below:
- Panasonic: All Panasonic brand
air conditioners, camcorders, digital cameras, DVD players, fax
machines, fax film, Copy Machines, Printers, microwave ovens, TVs,
TV/VCR combos, VCRs, and vacuum cleaners are "factory repair or replace
only" directly from the manufacturer. Defective items must be returned
directly to Panasonic to be repaired or replace. Items returned to A1-4
Electronics, inc. (regardless of reason) will be assessed a 25%
restocking and refurbishment fee.
- Technics: All Technics items
are "factory repair or replace only" directly from the manufacturer.
Defective items must be returned directly to Technics for repair or
replacement. Items returned to A1-4 Electronics, inc. (regardless of
reason) will be assessed a 25% restocking and refurbishment fee.
- Samsung: Returns not allowed
under any circumstances. All Samsung items are "factory repair or
replace only" directly from the manufacturer. Returns must be sent
directly to Samsung for repair or replacement.
- Air conditioners from LG Fodders Gold Star Are "factory repair or
replace only". Items returned to A1-4 Electronics, inc. (regardless of
reason) will be assessed a 35% restocking and refurbishment fee.
- Cash Register from Sharp and Samsung Casio re "factory repair or
replace only". Items returned to A1-4 Electronics, inc. (regardless of
reason) will be assessed a 35% restocking and refurbishment fee.
- All low end fax machines, Copy machines and Printers can not be
returned if the toner has been installed.
- All toners once it has been opened can not be returned.
- All high end Fax machines, Printers or copy machines can not be
returned . All you can get is a technician will go down to you and fix
your machine. In case the machine can't be fixed we will exchange it for
no charge and the payment for the service is the customers
responsibility.
- All appliances and High end fax machine, copy machine, Printers and
Cash Registers sales are final. There is no exchange for an other model
or brand once your machine is shipped.
- All Xerox, Sharp, Tec, Panasonic, Muratec, Minolta, Oki Data,
Samsung, Canon, Ricoh and Toshiba Fax and Copy machines are not
returnable if opened. However if it is not opened there is a 25%
restocking fee.
- All Sunpentown Power Generators are non-refundable. All sales final.
- Casio Cash Registers are company repair only. We do not accept any
returens on the Casio Cash Registers. As well for all JCM and Univell
products.
Requesting a Return
All returns require pre-approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. Please provide last name, first name, mailing address, e-mail
address, telephone number, original order number, brand and model number,
and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number and shipping instructions. As stated
above, refunds are given for merchandise cost only. Shipping costs are not

Return Checklist

All items to be returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number.
- Return policy valid up to 20
days from date of invoice except for specific excluded merchandise
listed above. Thereafter, manufacturer's warranty is available.
- All Return merchandise must be
in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to
include all of the original material, accessories and manuals that the
manufacturer sent with the merchandise.
- Returns must be sent freight
prepaid and received in our warehouse within 30 days of the date of
invoice.
- Altered, personalized, or damaged merchandise is not returnable.
Suggestions
- Do not destroy or discard original packing for 20 days.
- Keep all original receipts, invoices or order slips handy to
expedite the return process.
